A couple of weeks ago, the Canadian and I went to the charming little city of Grenoble in the heart of the French Alps, where he had been invited to speak at a conference.
We spent a few days there and had a lovely time. My only regret was to be surrounded by the amazing mountains and such beautiful nature and not be able to explore a little more. We did go to the Grenoble Museum and were pleasantly surprised by its amazing collections.

I almost went on exchange there but ended up going to Tours. I wish I'd explored more of France!
