My Canadian husband and I had been wanting to go to the Rodin Museum for a long time. Surprisingly enough, neither of us had ever been - even though my best friend lives right across the street from the Museum. So last week we made our way to the Invalides. While walking towards the Museum, we spotted the Canadian Cultural Centre and decided to take a look inside. Turns out there was a wonderful exhibit of some of the work of Diana Thorneycroft, a Winnipeg artist and photographer. The funny thing is, we actually met the director of the Canadian Cultural Centre a few days later at my husband's conference in Grenoble.

The Thinker
We stopped for coffee & Orangina in the Museum's coffee shop
We still had a lot of time after the Museum, so we went shopping at Le Bon Marché where my husband bought a black Burberry tie - I was more reasonable and got some pants at Zara (which ripped today after I wore them twice!) and a few nail polishes from OPI's new collection.
Then we headed to the rue de Montorgueuil, where my brother lives, and enjoyed a glass of wine (or three) before dining at his place.

I hope everyone is having a fabulous week!
